多模式超聲技術在甲狀腺微小結節(jié)診斷中的價值

【摘要】:目的根據(jù)甲狀腺微小結節(jié)的三維能量多普勒定量參數(shù)、彈性值及超聲特征建立Logistic回歸模型,得到對其良惡性具有鑒別診斷意義的變量。方法對215例247個甲狀腺微小結節(jié)進行分析和檢驗,采用Logistic回歸得出預測甲狀腺微小結節(jié)良惡性公式。結果 5個變量最終進入回歸方程,該模型對甲狀腺惡性微小結節(jié)預報的敏感度、特異度和準確度分別為71.01%、94.94%和88.26%。結論結節(jié)邊界模糊、縱橫比≥1、微鈣化、后方聲影衰減和彈性值較高5個特征,對超聲鑒別診斷甲狀腺微小結節(jié)的良惡性具有較高價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a Logistic regression model based on the quantitative parameters of three-dimensional power Doppler, elastic value and ultrasonic characteristics of thyroid micronodules, and to obtain the variables of differential diagnosis for benign and malignant thyroid nodules. Methods A total of 247 thyroid micronodules in 215 cases were analyzed and examined. Logistic regression was used to predict benign and malignant thyroid micronodules. Results five variables finally entered the regression equation. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the model for the prediction of thyroid malignant micronodules were 71.01% 94.94% and 88.26%, respectively.
