【摘要】：正患者女,年齡70歲,絕經(jīng)22年,因右下腹不適伴右下肢麻木5個(gè)月來我院檢查。超聲檢查:患者雙側(cè)卵巢顯示不清,右側(cè)附件區(qū)可見大小為8.9cm×5.3cm×5.8cm的囊性無回聲區(qū),囊壁厚薄不均,邊界清,后方回聲增強(qiáng),囊壁未見明顯血流信號(圖1)�？紤]:(1)囊腺瘤可能;(2)其他性質(zhì)待排。術(shù)中發(fā)現(xiàn)該囊性包塊來源于右側(cè)坐骨神經(jīng)。病檢:神經(jīng)鞘瘤囊性變(圖2)。
[Abstract]:Female patient, 70 years old, menopausal 22 years, due to right lower abdomen discomfort and numbness of the right lower extremity for 5 months in our hospital. Ultrasonic examination showed that the bilateral ovary was not clear, and the right adnexal area was 8.9cm 脳 5.3cm 脳 5.8cm. The cystic anechoic area was found to be 8.9cm 脳 5.3cm 脳 5.8cm, the thickness of the cystic wall was uneven, the boundary was clear, the posterior echo was enhanced, and the blood flow signal was not obvious in the cyst wall (Fig. 1). Consider: (1) cystadenoma possible; (2) other properties to be discharged. The cystic mass was found to originate from the right sciatic nerve during the operation. Pathological examination: cystic changes of neurilemmoma (Fig. 2).
