【摘要】：目的探討消化道顆粒細胞瘤的影像學表現(xiàn)特征,提高對該腫瘤的認識,減少誤診率。方法回顧性分析10例經病理證實的消化道顆粒細胞瘤的影像學(鋇餐檢查5例,CT平掃9例,CT增強掃描7例,M RI平掃及增強掃描5例)表現(xiàn)。結果 10例消化道顆粒細胞瘤均為單發(fā),其中位于食管4例、胃3例,十二指腸壺腹、回盲部及直腸各1例。5例鋇餐檢查均表現(xiàn)為光滑充盈缺損。9例CT平掃表現(xiàn)為邊緣清楚的略低密度影,其中1例瘤內見點狀鈣化,1例瘤內見局灶性壞死;7例增強掃描中6例呈輕度均勻強化,1例呈中度不均勻強化,三期掃描均為漸進性強化。5例MRI平掃均呈長T1短T2信號,增強掃描呈輕中度漸進性均勻強化。結論消化道顆粒細胞瘤的鋇餐表現(xiàn)為良性腫瘤特征,CT和MRI上多為均勻輕中度漸進性強化、T2WI呈低信號具有一定特征。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the imaging features of granulosa cell tumor of digestive tract and to improve the understanding of the tumor and reduce the misdiagnosis rate. Methods the imaging findings of 10 cases of pathologically proved granulosa cell tumor of the digestive tract were retrospectively analyzed (5 cases were examined by barium meal and 9 cases by plain CT enhanced CT in 7 cases with M RI plain scan and 5 cases by enhanced CT scan). Results all 10 cases of Gastrointestinal granulosa cell tumor were single, including 4 cases located in esophagus, 3 cases in stomach, and 3 cases in duodenal ampulla. One case of ileocecal part and one case of rectum showed smooth filling defect in 1 case and 1 case in rectum. The plain scan of CT showed a slightly low-density image with clear margin, and one case of ileocecum and one case of rectum showed smooth filling defect. In 1 case, focal necrosis was found in 1 case. Among 7 cases, 6 cases showed mild homogeneous enhancement and 1 case showed moderate heterogeneous enhancement. All cases showed progressive enhancement in 5 cases and long T 1 and short T 2 signal intensity in all cases. The enhancement scan showed mild to moderate progressive homogeneous enhancement. Conclusion the barium meal features of granulosa cell tumor of the digestive tract are benign tumors. On CT and MRI, most of them are homogeneous, mild and moderate enhanced T2WI with low signal intensity.
