【摘要】：目的探討三房心患者的超聲心動圖診斷特點,為臨床診治提供依據(jù)。方法應用超聲心動圖儀檢測13例三房心患者,經(jīng)多切面探查發(fā)現(xiàn)心房內(nèi)異常隔膜回聲,其中8例合并其他心內(nèi)畸形。結果 13例均為左側(cè)三房心,ⅡA型12例,ⅠA型1例,其中單純?nèi)啃?例(38.46%),合并動脈導管未閉1例(7.69%),房間隔缺損2例(15.38%),合并二尖瓣狹窄及關閉不全3例(23.08%),同時合并動脈導管未閉和房間隔缺損1例(7.69%),合并房間隔缺損及二尖瓣狹窄1例(7.69%)。其中8例經(jīng)手術證實。結論超聲心動圖對診斷三房心及其合并畸形具有重要臨床價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the characteristics of echocardiography in patients with three-atrium heart disease and to provide evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
