【摘要】：目的觀察探究應(yīng)用超聲彈性對(duì)比指數(shù)對(duì)橋本式甲狀腺炎進(jìn)行診斷的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法選取自2015年10月至2017年3月在我院接受醫(yī)治的橋本式甲狀腺炎患者200例作為研究對(duì)象,根據(jù)灰階超聲檢查得出的結(jié)果將其均分為觀察組和對(duì)照組,對(duì)比分析兩組患者的甲狀腺球蛋白抗體和超聲彈性對(duì)比指數(shù)的數(shù)值。結(jié)果經(jīng)過(guò)研究得出,兩組患者的超聲彈性對(duì)比指數(shù)數(shù)值具有明顯的差異,并且差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組患者的甲狀腺球蛋白抗體沒(méi)有明顯的差異,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論超聲彈性對(duì)比指數(shù)的數(shù)值可以將橋本式甲狀腺炎的各種灰階超聲類(lèi)型之間的差異性反映出來(lái),診斷價(jià)值較高,可以進(jìn)一步被推廣應(yīng)用至臨床上對(duì)甲狀腺炎進(jìn)行診斷。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the value of ultrasonic elastic contrast index in diagnosis of Hashimoto's thyroiditis. Methods 200 patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis who were treated in our hospital from October 2015 to March 2017 were selected as study subjects. According to the results of gray scale ultrasonography, they were divided into observation group and control group. The values of thyroglobulin antibody and ultrasonic elastic contrast index were compared between the two groups. Results the results showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups in ultrasonic elastic contrast index, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). There was no significant difference in thyroglobulin antibody between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion the value of ultrasonic elastic contrast index can reflect the difference of different gray-scale ultrasound types of Hashimoto's thyroiditis, and the diagnostic value is higher, which can be further applied to the diagnosis of thyroiditis.
