【摘要】：正患者男,34歲。因頭痛伴頭頂部隆起2月余入院�；颊�2個(gè)月前無明顯誘因開始出現(xiàn)頭痛,右側(cè)明顯,較劇烈,無頭暈、惡心、嘔吐、四肢麻木或無力、抽搐及意識障礙等。于當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院給予對癥治療后有所緩解,頭痛仍有反復(fù),伴右側(cè)額頂部逐漸隆起,CT示顱骨占位病變收入院。體檢:左顳頂部見一隆起性病變,質(zhì)軟,輕壓痛。全身淺表淋巴結(jié)未觸及。余無特殊。CT平掃:右額頂部顱骨溶骨性破壞伴周圍軟組
[Abstract]:The patient is 34 years old. He was admitted to hospital after 2 months due to headache accompanied by the top of the head. The patient had no obvious cause of headache 2 months ago, and the right side was obvious and severe, without dizziness, nausea, vomiting, numbness or weakness of limbs, convulsions and disturbance of consciousness. The headache was still repeated after the treatment in the local hospital. The CT scan showed the skull occupying lesion in the hospital. Physical examination: there is a bulging lesion on the top of the left temporal, soft and mild tenderness. The superficial lymph nodes were not touched. No special CT scan: right frontal skull osteolytic destruction with surrounding soft group
