【摘要】：正患者女,55歲。4年前在外院行右肺下葉腫瘤切除,術(shù)后病理提示惡性神經(jīng)鞘瘤。1個(gè)月前感胸悶、氣短,胸背部疼痛,進(jìn)食哽噎,無咳嗽、咳痰。體檢:右胸壁見斜行手術(shù)瘢痕,愈合良好;右肺呼吸音略減低,未聞及干濕Up音,無胸膜摩擦音。上消化道鋇餐透視:食管下段受壓左移,并見弧形壓跡,相應(yīng)管腔狹窄,管壁黏膜光滑、連續(xù)。支氣管鏡檢
[Abstract]:The patient was 55 years old. 4 years ago, the tumor of the lower lobe of the right lung was resected in the external hospital. The pathology showed that the malignant neurilemmoma was malignant. One month ago, the patient was suffering from chest tightness, shortness of breath, chest and back pain, choking on food, no cough, expectoration. Physical examination: the right chest wall showed oblique operation scar, healing well, right lung respiratory sound slightly decreased, not heard dry and wet up sound, no pleural friction sound. Upper gastrointestinal barium meal fluoroscopy: the lower esophagus was moved to the left under pressure, with arc indentation, stenosis of the corresponding lumen, smooth mucous membrane of the wall, continuous.
