【摘要】：目的探討Graf法超聲在嬰幼兒發(fā)育性髖關(guān)節(jié)異常篩查中的應(yīng)用價值。方法選擇2 306例0~6個月嬰幼兒(4 612個髖關(guān)節(jié))采用Graf法超聲進(jìn)行篩查,并對異常髖關(guān)節(jié)進(jìn)行隨訪。結(jié)果Ⅰ型髖關(guān)節(jié)3 913個(84.84%),Ⅱ型693個(15.03%),Ⅲ型6個(0.13%)。隨訪的431個異常髖關(guān)節(jié)中有311個Ⅱ型、4個Ⅲ型髖關(guān)節(jié)轉(zhuǎn)為Ⅰ型,93個Ⅱ型髖關(guān)節(jié)無轉(zhuǎn)型,18個Ⅱa型轉(zhuǎn)為Ⅱb型,5個Ⅰb型轉(zhuǎn)為Ⅱ型。結(jié)論 Graf法超聲篩查嬰幼兒發(fā)育性髓關(guān)節(jié)異常是安全、有效的,有利于DDH的早發(fā)現(xiàn)、早治療。
