【摘要】：目的評價(jià)磁共振波譜成像(MRS)定量腰椎骨髓脂肪短、中期的可重復(fù)性。方法選擇2015年3—6月在溫州市第七人民醫(yī)院和溫州市中醫(yī)院健康體檢中心體檢的符合入選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的健康女性(28.9~48.6歲)受檢者30位,基線(即研究開始時(shí))及6個(gè)月時(shí)測定受檢者血25羥維生素D、骨鈣素、β-膠原降解產(chǎn)物及雌二醇。于基線、6周及6個(gè)月時(shí)分別行3次MRS掃描,測定腰3椎體骨髓脂肪分?jǐn)?shù)(FF)。由2位評定者獨(dú)立測定FF,計(jì)算組內(nèi)相關(guān)系數(shù)(ICC),評價(jià)不同時(shí)間點(diǎn)(短期和中期)MRS測定FF的精確性。結(jié)果共22位受檢者完成研究。評定者間與評定者內(nèi)在基線、6周及6個(gè)月時(shí)測定FF的ICC為0.931~0.988。Bland-Altman法分析顯示,評定者間、評定者內(nèi)測定FF的差值均落于95%可信區(qū)間內(nèi)。短期和中期MRS測定FF的ICC為0.856~0.944,變異系數(shù)為2.45%~4.72%。結(jié)論短、中期MRS測定腰椎骨髓脂肪含量具有良好的可重復(fù)性。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the reproducibility of lumbar bone marrow fat short and middle stage by magnetic resonance spectroscopy imaging (MRS). Methods A total of 30 healthy women, aged 28. 9 or 48. 6 years old, who were examined in Wenzhou Seventh people's Hospital and Wenzhou traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March to June 2015, were selected. Blood 25 hydroxyvitamin D, osteocalcin, 尾-collagen degradation products and estradiol were measured at baseline (at the beginning of the study) and at 6 months. The bone marrow fat fraction of lumbar 3 vertebrae was measured by MRS scan at baseline 6 weeks and 6 months. FFs were measured independently by two evaluators and the correlation coefficients were calculated to evaluate the accuracy of FF at different time points (short and medium term). Results A total of 22 subjects completed the study. The ICC analysis of FF between the evaluator and the internal baseline at 6 weeks and 6 months showed that the difference of FF between the evaluators and the evaluators was within 95% confidence interval. The ICC of FF determined by MRS in short and medium term was 0.856 ~ 0.944, and the coefficient of variation was 2.45 ~ 4.72. Conclusion MRS has good reproducibility in measuring bone marrow fat content of lumbar vertebrae.
