【摘要】：目的總結(jié)跖腱膜病變?cè)谧愕淄粗械陌l(fā)生率并探討跖腱膜病變的超聲診斷價(jià)值。方法回顧分析1 024例足底痛或足底腫物患者的臨床及超聲資料,總結(jié)其中跖腱膜常見病變的超聲表現(xiàn)。結(jié)果跖腱膜相關(guān)病變是引起足底痛的主要原因,跖腱膜炎、跖腱膜纖維瘤病、跖腱膜撕裂具有典型聲像圖特征。結(jié)論超聲對(duì)足底痛,特別是跖腱膜病變的診斷具有較高的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the incidence of plantar aponeuropathy in plantar floor pain and to explore the value of ultrasonic diagnosis of plantar aponeurosis. Methods the clinical and ultrasonic data of 1024 patients with plantar pain or plantar tumor were analyzed retrospectively, and the ultrasonic findings of common lesions of plantar aponeurosis were summarized. Results the main causes of plantar pain were plantar aponeurosis, fibromatosis of plantar aponeurosis and tear of plantar aponeurosis. Conclusion Ultrasound has high clinical value in the diagnosis of plantar pain, especially plantar aponeurosis.
