聲脈沖輻射力成像對正常跟腱彈性特征的評估

【摘要】:目的研究聲脈沖輻射力成像檢查正常跟腱的可行性并評估正常跟腱的彈性特征。方法 39例健康志愿者的雙側(cè)跟腱接受灰階超聲、能量多普勒超聲和ARFI成像檢查。檢查時將跟腱分為近段(肌-腱結(jié)合部)、中段(跟腱跟骨附著端以上2~6cm處)和遠段(跟腱跟骨附著端)3部分,每個部位均重復(fù)測量5次剪切波,取中位數(shù)。結(jié)果左側(cè)跟腱遠、中、近段的剪切波速度之間兩兩比較均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P值分別為0.016、0.000、0.014);右側(cè)跟腱遠、中、近段的剪切波速度之間兩兩比較均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P值分別為0.000、0.000、0.011);而且跟腱近段SWV最大,跟腱中段SWV次之,跟腱遠段SWV最小。左、右側(cè)跟腱在不同部位的SWV均沒有統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P值分別為0.115、0.926、0.213)。男、女性在跟腱遠、中、近段的SWV均沒有統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異。30歲組、30~49歲組、≥50歲組在跟腱遠、中、近段的SWV均沒有統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異。結(jié)論 ARFI技術(shù)可能是評估正常跟腱彈性特征的可行方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the feasibility of acoustic pulse radiography in detecting normal Achilles tendon and to evaluate the elastic characteristics of normal Achilles tendon. Methods 39 healthy volunteers underwent gray-scale ultrasonography, power Doppler ultrasound and ARFI imaging. The Achilles tendon was divided into three parts: proximal segment (muscle-tendon junction), middle segment (2~6cm above the Achilles tendon attachment) and distal segment (calcaneal attachment). Results there were significant differences in shear wave velocities between the left Achilles tendon and the middle and proximal segments (P = 0.016, 0.000, 0.014, P = 0.016, P = 0.014, P = 0.016, P = 0.014, P = 0.016, P = 0.014). There were significant differences in shear wave velocities in the proximal segment (P = 0.000 ~ 0.000 ~ 0.011), and the SWV in the proximal segment of the Achilles tendon was the largest, the SWV in the middle segment of the Achilles tendon was the second, and the SWV in the distal segment of the Achilles tendon was the smallest. There was no significant difference in SWV between left and right Achilles tendon at different sites (P = 0.115 0. 926) and 0. 213% (P < 0. 213). There was no significant difference in SWV between male and female in distal Achilles tendon.
