【摘要】：正中軸型脊柱關(guān)節(jié)病(axial spondyloarthropathy,axSpA)是一組慢性炎癥性風(fēng)濕性疾病,主要累及脊柱中軸線(xiàn)上的關(guān)節(jié),強(qiáng)直性脊柱炎(ankylosingspondylitis,AS)作為原型,常最早累及骶髂關(guān)節(jié)(sacroiliac joint,SIJ)~([1])。該病與人類(lèi)白細(xì)胞抗原B27(HLA-B27)有密切的相關(guān)性,大多數(shù)發(fā)病患者表現(xiàn)為HLA-B27陽(yáng)性~([2])。其病理主要改變?yōu)榛ぱ准案街c(diǎn)炎。青壯年為易感人群,早期表現(xiàn)為交替性臀部疼痛,逐漸向背部發(fā)
[Abstract]:Axial spondylothropathyaxspa) is a group of chronic inflammatory rheumatic diseases, mainly involving the joints on the axis of the spine. Ankylosing spondylitis ASA is the archetype of ankylosing spondylitis, and it often involves sacroiliac jointSIJ ([1]).There is a close correlation between the disease and HLA-B27 (human leukocyte antigen B27).
