【摘要】：目的評估甲狀腺結(jié)節(jié)的彩色多普勒超聲血供程度與彈性評分的相關(guān)性。方法入選405個(gè)行術(shù)前超聲檢查且術(shù)后病理資料完整的甲狀腺結(jié)節(jié),評估其彩色多普勒的血供程度及彈性評分。根據(jù)病灶區(qū)域同周圍甲狀腺組織血流信號比較情況,將血供程度分為Ⅰ~Ⅲ級。根據(jù)表示組織軟硬程度的顏色的不同,將彈性評分分為1~4分。經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)處理后,分析血供程度與彈性評分之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果納入研究的甲狀腺結(jié)節(jié)中,良性結(jié)節(jié)154個(gè),惡性結(jié)節(jié)251個(gè)。結(jié)節(jié)的血供程度與彈性評分有關(guān)(χ2=63.3,P0.000 1);良性及惡性結(jié)節(jié)的血供程度與彈性評分均有關(guān)(χ2=15.8,P0.000 1;χ2=42.0,P0.000 1)。血供程度分級后,彈性評分的診斷效能在Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ級間的差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=2.8,P=0.09)。結(jié)論甲狀腺結(jié)節(jié)的血供程度與彈性評分具有相關(guān)性,與結(jié)節(jié)的良惡性無關(guān)。
