【摘要】：目的探討產(chǎn)前超聲診斷胎兒單純腭裂的臨床價值及相關(guān)病例分析。方法 "經(jīng)口裂斜冠狀切面"對16 535例胎兒腭進(jìn)行掃查,顯示硬腭及軟腭并分析超聲聲像圖特征;回顧分析產(chǎn)前診斷單純腭裂22例胎兒腭部超聲聲像圖特征及全身伴發(fā)畸形情況。結(jié)果 14 550例腭正常胎兒超聲均能顯示硬腭及軟腭(88.0%):硬腭"條形強(qiáng)回聲"及軟腭"平行等號"征象均清晰顯示。22例單純腭裂病例中硬腭"條形強(qiáng)回聲"及軟腭"平行等號征"中斷22例(100%),顯示犁骨19例(86.4%)。(引)產(chǎn)后證實(shí)21例存在單純腭裂,15例全身伴發(fā)畸形(71.4%):心血管系統(tǒng)9例(60.0%)、中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)9例(60.0%)、顏面部8例(53.3%)、泌尿系統(tǒng)3例(20.0%)。結(jié)論產(chǎn)前超聲"經(jīng)口裂斜冠狀切面"能較好顯示胎兒腭;胎兒單純腭裂多有全身伴發(fā)畸形,發(fā)現(xiàn)胎兒異常時增加"經(jīng)口裂斜冠狀切面"能提高單純腭裂檢出率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical value of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of fetal cleft palate and related cases. Methods transoral oblique coronal section of 16535 cases of fetal palate scan, display the hard palate and the soft palate and analysis of ultrasonographic features; retrospective analysis of prenatal diagnosis of cleft palate in 22 cases of fetal palate ultrasonographic features and the body with malformation. Results 14550 cases of normal fetal palate ultrasound can show the hard palate and the soft palate (88%): the hard palate and the soft palate "strip strong echo" "parallel" signs were clearly revealed in.22 cases of cleft palate cases in hard palate "strip strong echo" and "parallel" sign "interruption of the soft palate in 22 cases (100%), display 19 cases vomer (86.4%). (cited) has confirmed 21 cases of postpartum cleft palate, 15 cases with systemic malformations (71.4%): 9 cases of cardiovascular system (60%), 9 cases of central nervous system (60%), 8 cases of facial Ministry (53.3%), 3 cases of urinary system (20%). Conclusion. Anterior ultrasonographic "cleft coronal section" can better show fetal palate. Fetal cleft palate is more accompanied by systemic malformation. When fetal abnormalities are detected, increasing the "oblique cleft coronary section" can improve the detection rate of pure cleft palate.
