不同超聲骨密度儀測定結果的相關性

【摘要】:目的探討使用兩臺不同定量超聲骨密度儀檢測跟骨骨密度所得結果的相關關系。方法隨機選取479名成年女性作為檢測對象,應用美國GE公司生產的Achilles Express定量超聲骨密度儀(AE)和韓國Osteo Sys公司生產的SONOST 3000定量超聲骨密度儀(SN)同時測定其右側跟骨的骨密度,對所得的結果進行比較分析。結果(1)測量結果比較:AE檢測出的T值和骨硬度指數(shù)(SI)均高于SN所測得的結果并具有組間差異(P0.01);(2)測量結果的相關性:兩臺定量超聲骨密度儀所測得的T值和SI均有顯著的正相關(P0.01),并且有顯著的線性相關(P0.01),線性回歸方程分別為:T_(SN)=0.533*T_(AE)-1.661,SI_(SN)=0.605*SI_(AE)-5.493。(3)AE和SN兩臺儀器對骨質疏松的檢出率分別為3.8%和17.7%,差異有顯著的統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01),但測定結果亦具有一致性并有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)。結論 AE和SN兩臺定量超聲骨密度儀的檢測結果存在相關關系,但也有明顯差異。因此,為了準確的評價超聲骨密度儀在骨質疏松癥的診斷、預防和篩查中的作用,應以國際公認的金標準"雙能X線"檢測結果為依據(jù),對具有代表性且應用較為廣泛的儀器的檢測結果進行數(shù)據(jù)轉化,以達到數(shù)據(jù)校準的目的。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between the results of calcaneal bone mineral density (BMD) measured by two different quantitative ultrasound absorptiometry. Methods 479 adult women were randomly selected as subjects. Bone mineral density (BMD) of right calcaneus was measured by Achilles Express quantitative ultrasound absorptiometry (Achilles Express) produced by GE Company and SONOST 3000 quantitative Ultrasound Bone density instrument (SONOST 3000) made by Osteo Sys Company of Korea. The results were compared with those of SN, and the correlation between the results was as follows: two sets of quantitative ultrasound bone: two quantitative ultrasound bones were measured. The ratio of T value and bone hardness index was higher than that of SN, and there was a correlation between the results of the two quantitative ultrasound bone measurements (P < 0.01) and the correlation of the results between the two sets of quantitative ultrasound bones was also found in the two sets of quantitative ultrasound bone. The T value and SI measured by the densitometer have significant positive correlation (P 0.01) and significant linear correlation (P 0.01). The linear regression equations are: 1: TSNN 0. 533 T / T, 0. 605- 0. 661% sig. 0. 605AE-5.493.3AE and SN are respectively 3.8% and 17. 7, respectively. The difference is significant in the detection rate of osteoporosis between the two instruments, and the correlation between the two instruments is significant, and there is a significant difference in the detection rate of osteoporosis between the two instruments (P < 0. 05). The linear regression equation is 0. 05% and 17. 7% respectively. The linear regression equation is 0. 605% and 17. 7% respectively. The results were consistent and statistically significant. Conclusion there is a correlation between the results of AE and SN quantitative ultrasound absorptiometry. Therefore, in order to accurately evaluate the role of ultrasound absorptiometry in the diagnosis, prevention and screening of osteoporosis, we should base on the internationally accepted gold standard, "dual energy X-ray" test results, in order to evaluate accurately the role of ultrasound absorptiometry in the diagnosis, prevention and screening of osteoporosis. The test results of representative and widely used instruments are transformed to achieve the purpose of data calibration.
