【摘要】：目的通過對比擴(kuò)散峰度成像(DKI)3b值與5b值掃描方法,探尋減少采樣b值對正常成人腦組織DKI分析結(jié)果的影響。方法回顧性分析30名正常成人的DKI 3b值與5b值掃描數(shù)據(jù),利用DKE軟件生成平均擴(kuò)散峰度(MK)、各向異性分?jǐn)?shù)(FA)及平均擴(kuò)散系數(shù)(MD)參數(shù)圖,選取雙側(cè)灰質(zhì)(額葉、顳葉、頂葉、枕葉、基底節(jié)區(qū)、背側(cè)丘腦)及雙側(cè)白質(zhì)(額葉、顳葉、頂葉、枕葉、內(nèi)囊后肢、放射冠、大腦腳及胼胝體膝部、胼胝體壓部)為感興趣區(qū)(ROI)。測量并比較3b值與5b值ROI MK、FA及MD參數(shù)值。結(jié)果 DKI 3b值與5b值掃描的MK、MD、FA參數(shù)圖在雙側(cè)腦灰質(zhì)及白質(zhì)不同ROI參數(shù)值均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論通過減少采樣b值,可以明顯減少DKI數(shù)據(jù)掃描時(shí)間,且不影響對DKI結(jié)果的測量。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the DKI 3b and 5b values of diffusion kurtosis imaging. To explore the effect of reducing the sampling b value on the DKI analysis results of normal adult brain tissue. Methods the DKI 3b and 5b scan data of 30 normal adults were analyzed retrospectively. The mean diffusion kurtosis, anisotropic fraction and average diffusion coefficient (MDD) parameters were generated by DKE software, and bilateral gray matter (frontal lobe, temporal lobe, parietal lobe, occipital lobe, basal ganglia area) were selected. Dorsal thalamus) and bilateral white matter (frontal lobe, temporal lobe, parietal lobe, occipital lobe, posterior limb of internal capsule, corona radiata, cerebral foot and genu of corpus callosum). The corpus callosum was the region of interest. The parameters of ROI MKN FA and MD were measured and compared. Results DKI 3b value and 5b value were used to scan MKN MD. There was no significant difference in the ROI parameters of bilateral gray matter and white matter between the two sides (P 0.05). Conclusion the scanning time of DKI data can be significantly reduced by reducing the sampling b value. The measurement of DKI results was not affected.
