牧草壓縮過程應(yīng)力松弛試驗(yàn)研究及壓縮活塞的力學(xué)分析

【摘要】:應(yīng)力松弛是牧草壓縮過程中顯著的流變學(xué)特性。研究壓縮室不同截面下的應(yīng)力松弛特性,可為牧草壓捆機(jī)的壓縮頻率的確定提供理論依據(jù)。為此,以高密度壓捆機(jī)為試驗(yàn)裝置,以羊草為試驗(yàn)材料,分別以360mm×4 4 0 mm、3 6 0 mm×4 5 0 mm、3 6 0 mm×4 6 0 mm這3種壓縮室截面進(jìn)行試驗(yàn),獲得了壓縮室不同截面下應(yīng)力松弛特性。試驗(yàn)表明:在不同截面下開始應(yīng)力松弛的前3s應(yīng)力松弛明顯,在3s之后應(yīng)力隨時(shí)間的推移而松弛放慢,超過10s應(yīng)力松弛速率趨于水平,從盡可能使草片有較充分應(yīng)力松弛和保證較高的生產(chǎn)率的綜合角度出發(fā),在實(shí)際牧草壓縮生產(chǎn)中將壓縮頻率選在3~10s之間較合理。在試驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對壓捆機(jī)壓縮活塞進(jìn)行力學(xué)分析,尋找出了壓縮活塞工作過程中最容易變形的部位,為壓捆機(jī)壓縮活塞的設(shè)計(jì)及結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度校核等提供了依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Stress relaxation is a remarkable rheological property in the compression process of forage. The study of the stress relaxation characteristics under different sections of the compressing chamber can provide a theoretical basis for the determination of the compression frequency of the forage baler. For this reason, the high density baler was used as the experimental device and Leymus chinensis as the experimental material. The cross sections of three compressing chambers, 360mm 脳 440 mm, 360 mm 脳 450 mm, 60 mm 脳 460 mm, respectively, were tested. The stress relaxation characteristics under different sections of the compressing chamber were obtained. The experimental results show that the stress relaxation of the first 3 s at different cross sections is obvious, and after 3 s the stress relaxation slows down with time, and the stress relaxation rate of more than 10 s tends to be horizontal. In order to make the grass sheet fully stress relaxation and guarantee higher productivity, it is reasonable to select the compression frequency between 3 ~ 10 s in actual forage compression production. On the basis of experiment, the mechanical analysis of compression piston of baler is carried out, and the most easily deformed part of compression piston is found out, which provides the basis for the design and structural strength check of compression piston of baler.
