以自制的1,2——二(乙硫基)馬來二腈為單體,合成了八聯(lián)(乙硫基)四氮雜卟啉及其Mg(Ⅲ),Ni(Ⅲ),Cu(Ⅲ),Zn(Ⅲ)配合物,5種新化合物由元素分析、紅外光譜、紫外——可見光譜表征,其化學(xué)組成為H_2C_(16)N_8(SC_2H_5)_8和MC_(16)N_8(SC_2H_5)_8,M=Mg(Ⅲ),Ni(Ⅲ),Cu(Ⅲ),Zn(Ⅲ)。它們均溶于濃H_2SO_4、甲苯、苯、氯苯、DME、DMF等溶劑,不溶于水。熱分析結(jié)果表明,H_2C_(16)N_8(SC_2H_5)_8在437℃開始分解,配合物MC_(16)N_8(SC_2H_5)_8在472℃~486℃的溫度之間開始分解,熱穩(wěn)定性按M=Ni(Ⅲ),Cu(Ⅲ),Zn(Ⅲ),Mg(Ⅲ)依次降低。

The contents of Zn. Cub Fe.Ca.Sr.Mg and ALT.HBsAg.BUN in serum of heroin addicts and healthy people were determined.The results showed that Zn level in heroin addicts was lower than in healthy people.It suggests that treatment of heroin addicts with zinc way be necessary.
分析測定了30例吸毒時間2年以上的吸毒患者血清中元素鋅、銅、鐵、鈣、鍶、鎂的含量以及谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(ALT)、乙肝病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)、尿素氮(BUN)、尿八聯(lián)。結(jié)果顯示ALT、BUN的均值明顯高于對照組,HBsAg和尿八聯(lián)中尿蛋白陽性率明顯高于對照組,微量元素鋅的含量明顯低于對照組。說明吸毒時間較長的患者嚴重缺鋅,應(yīng)在戒毒同時及時補充適量的微量元素。
