中藥代替抗生素對肉雞生產性能和品質影響

【摘要】:本實驗以817肉仔雞為試驗動物,研究在日糧中添加不同水平的中草藥飼料添加劑觀察其對肉雞生產性能、胴體品質、肉質風味的影響。實驗采用單因素多水平設計,分兩批屠宰,1~35天設19個處理,1~48天設21個處理。其中有一個空白對照組和兩個分別加入50mg/kg、12.5mg/kg抗生素添加劑組。通過實驗數據證明得出:部分實驗所用中藥添加劑能提高817肉雞屠宰指標。中草藥飼料添加劑在滴水損失和水分含量實驗中各組內差異不明顯,且與對照組和抗生素組比較無顯著差異(P0.05)。實驗所用部分中藥添加劑能改善817肉雞的蒸煮損失和肉質嫩度,但均能提高817肉雞脂肪和蛋白含量。在對不同組817肉雞胸肉中的核苷酸含量檢測結果表明:35天肉雞日糧中添加中草藥添加劑,除組17外均不同程度地提高了肌肉中的核苷酸含量,實驗表明實驗所用中藥添加劑均能提高35天817肉雞肌肉中核苷酸的含量。在對48天肉雞胸肌中核苷酸(IMP和GMP)含量方面實驗中,組方2發(fā)酵后按0.3%的比例對核苷酸(IMP和GMP)改善極顯著(P0.01)。其他各組與對照組和抗生素組相比無明顯差異。從上述結論結果來看,組10(0.3%配方四)對817肉雞的生產性能、胴體品質和肉質風味的影響最為顯著,最適宜當作中草藥飼料添加劑代替抗生素飼料添加劑在實際生產中應用。
[Abstract]:In this experiment, 817 broilers as experimental animal, the study of Chinese herb feed additives with different levels in the diets were observed on production performance, carcass quality, meat quality and flavor. The effect of using multi level single factor design, two batches of slaughter, 1~35 day 19, 1~48 days with 21 treatments. One control group and two 50mg/kg were added, 12.5mg/kg antibiotic additive group. Through the experimental data show that part of the traditional Chinese medicine additive can improve 817 broiler slaughter index. Chinese herbal feed additive groups in drip loss and water content in the experiment was not significantly different, and compared with the control group and the antibiotic there was no significant difference (P0.05). The experiment uses part of traditional Chinese medicine additive can improve the cooking loss and 817 broiler meat tenderness, but could increase 817 broiler fat and protein content. In different groups of 817 meat The nucleotide content detection results showed that the addition of chicken breast in the Chinese herbal medicine additive in broiler diets for 35 days, in addition to the group 17 increased different nucleotide content in muscle, the results show that the experimental use of traditional Chinese medicine additive could improve the content of 35 days and 817 nucleotides in the muscle of chicken. In 48 days of nucleotide in broilers the pectoral muscles (IMP and GMP) content in the experiment, 2 after fermentation prescription according to the proportion of 0.3% of nucleotide (IMP and GMP) improved significantly (P0.01). There was no significant difference between other groups and the control group and the antibiotic group. Conclusion from the above results, group 10 (0.3% formula four) production performance of 817 broiler, affect carcass quality and flavor of meat is the most significant and most suitable as a feed additive of Chinese herbal medicine instead of antibiotic feed additives in actual production.
