【摘要】：河南省2010-2014年共報(bào)告瘧疾病例1 779例,其中本地感染病例958例,輸入性病例821例,死亡12例。2012-2014年連續(xù)3年無本地感染病例報(bào)告,輸入性病例呈上升趨勢(shì),從2010年的106例上升至2014年的216例。5年共完成"三熱"病人血檢5 210 428人次;捕獲按蚊4 829只,其中中華按蚊(Anopheles sinensis)4 741只,嗜人按蚊(Anopheles anthropophagus)88只。休止期服藥人數(shù)28 067人,培訓(xùn)各級(jí)鏡檢人員3 112人次,流行病學(xué)培訓(xùn)人員783人次。已有72個(gè)縣(市、區(qū))通過消除瘧疾考核評(píng)估。今后應(yīng)加強(qiáng)輸入性瘧疾的監(jiān)測(cè)和管理,防止輸入性瘧疾病例的傳播與擴(kuò)散,確保消除瘧疾目標(biāo)的順利實(shí)現(xiàn)。
