丙型肝炎病毒誘發(fā)肝細(xì)胞癌的分子機(jī)制

丙型肝炎是由丙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis C virus,HCV)引起的一種肝臟疾病。肝細(xì)胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)是人類最常見的惡性腫瘤之一。大量實驗和臨床研究表明,HCV的感染是導(dǎo)致肝細(xì)胞癌的主要因素之一。盡管目前可以通過直接抗病毒藥物治療HCV感染,但是患肝細(xì)胞癌的風(fēng)險仍然存在。HCV誘發(fā)肝細(xì)胞癌是一個多步驟過程,其可能是通過病毒因子直接作用和/或通過引起慢性炎癥誘發(fā)肝癌。因此,需要更好地了解HCV誘發(fā)肝細(xì)胞癌的分子機(jī)制,為肝細(xì)胞癌的防治提供研究基礎(chǔ)。本文就近年來國內(nèi)外對丙型肝炎病毒直接作用誘發(fā)肝細(xì)胞癌的分子機(jī)制進(jìn)行綜述,具體從血管生成、細(xì)胞凋亡、細(xì)胞增殖、上皮-間質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)化、脂肪變性和氧化應(yīng)激6個方面進(jìn)行闡述,以期更好地了解HCV誘發(fā)肝細(xì)胞癌的分子機(jī)制,為肝細(xì)胞癌的防治提供研究基礎(chǔ)。
