研究目的:結核病雖然得到有效控制,但是對世界各國的公共衛(wèi)生,特別是非洲等地區(qū)仍然構成較大威脅。利比里亞的結核病患病率高于世界平均水平,給該國造成較大負擔。本研究通過對2015²018年利比里亞蒙羅維亞市結核病患病情況調查,分析其流行特征及臨床癥狀、生活行為和艾滋病毒感染等影響因素,為制定相應的防控措施和策略提供科學依據(jù)。研究方法:收集2015²018年期間在利比里亞首都蒙羅維亞參加國家麻風病和結核病控制中心確診的1208例結核病患者信息,通過調查問卷和醫(yī)院記錄收集其性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、民族、職業(yè)等人口學資料,吸煙、飲酒等生活習慣,居住情況,生活水平和檢查相關信息,X線胸片、結核部位、痰涂片、痰培養(yǎng)檢查,結核病癥狀等臨床表現(xiàn),艾滋病毒患病信息。對結核病的治愈情況進行了回顧性研究,計數(shù)資料用率或構成比表示,組間比較采用卡方檢驗,比較不同特征結核病患者治愈情況的差異。多因素分析應用二分類Logistic回歸模型,評估影響利比里亞蒙羅維亞市結核病患者治愈的因素。應用IBM SPSS 24.0統(tǒng)計軟件和Microsoft Excel 2016進行數(shù)據(jù)...
