巴馬科-馬里艾滋病毒母嬰傳播的社會經(jīng)濟(jì)與認(rèn)知因素

健康社會學(xué)的最終目標(biāo)是研究健康和疾病的關(guān)鍵因素和社會影響,以及醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)或?qū)I(yè)的所處的社會結(jié)構(gòu);谶@一認(rèn)識,本研究討論了影響艾滋病的母嬰傳播的社會經(jīng)濟(jì)和認(rèn)知因素。在撒哈拉以南的非洲地區(qū),母嬰傳播艾滋病毒被認(rèn)為是艾滋病毒/艾滋病傳播的重要途徑之一。目前,在撒哈拉以南的非洲,五歲以下兒童的死亡率接近10%。在馬里,盡管根據(jù)“健康五號”的人口統(tǒng)計調(diào)查(2012)顯示患病率很低,僅為1.3%,但必須指出,艾滋病是馬里死亡的主要原因之一。2016年,馬里新增5900例艾滋病死亡和感染的人,已經(jīng)接受治療或預(yù)防艾滋病傳染給孩子的孕婦比例為35%。由于母嬰傳播,約有1600名兒童新感染了艾滋病毒(WHO,2016)。母嬰傳播獲得護(hù)理和治療服務(wù)的方式受到許多因素的影響,這些因素影響了婦女尋求健康照顧的決定。該博士論文是健康社會學(xué)領(lǐng)域的一部分,它探討了在馬里巴馬科地區(qū),艾滋病毒/艾滋病母嬰傳播的社會經(jīng)濟(jì)和感知因素。它有助于減少在巴馬科母嬰傳播艾滋病毒的比例。所有這些問題使我們能夠探索在馬里巴馬科預(yù)防母嬰傳播艾滋病毒失敗的真正原因。在方法論上,本文采用了混合方法設(shè)計,采用定量和定性研究方法對巴馬科母嬰傳播艾...
