<正>胰腺結(jié)核（pancreatic tuberculosis,PT）是一種罕見病,其臨床癥狀及體征缺乏特異性。影像學(xué)上主要表現(xiàn)為胰腺囊性、實性或囊實性占位,常被誤診為胰腺腫瘤而常行手術(shù)治療。本研究回顧性分析胰腺結(jié)核患者的臨床資料,并進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)復(fù)習(xí),以提高對胰腺結(jié)核的認(rèn)識。1病例報告患者男,33歲,以"腹脹、皮膚鞏膜黃染20d余"入院。主要表現(xiàn)為腹脹以中上腹為主,間斷性發(fā)作,不伴放射性及轉(zhuǎn)移性疼痛,無惡心嘔吐,無畏寒發(fā)熱,無厭油和乏力,無腹瀉和黑便等癥狀。既往無結(jié)核病史,有結(jié)核患者接觸史,家屬無腫瘤史。
