【摘要】：正1臨床資料患者女,57歲,口腔科醫(yī)生。因全身起水泡、糜爛3個月,于2016年3月3日至我科門診就診�；颊咴V2015年12月無明顯誘因前胸、后背出現(xiàn)數(shù)個水皰,皮疹漸增多并泛發(fā)至頭皮、四肢,水皰易破潰成糜爛面,自覺糜爛面疼痛,無發(fā)熱、頭痛、關節(jié)肌肉酸痛等癥狀。2016年1月22日就診于當?shù)蒯t(yī)院皮膚科,診斷為天皰瘡,給予口服潑尼松片30 mg,
