蕪湖地區(qū)臺(tái)灣次睪吸蟲自然疫源地調(diào)查

【摘要】:目的調(diào)查蕪湖地區(qū)是否存在臺(tái)灣次睪吸蟲的自然疫源地。方法現(xiàn)場調(diào)查生態(tài)環(huán)境與居民日常生活習(xí)慣;采用水洗沉淀法檢驗(yàn)當(dāng)?shù)鼐用耧曫B(yǎng)的家鴨糞便中的臺(tái)灣次睪吸蟲蟲卵;采用壓片法分離紋沼螺體內(nèi)的雷蚴、尾蚴;采用勻漿法分離麥穗魚體內(nèi)的囊蚴;采取直接喂入方法用臺(tái)灣次睪吸蟲囊蚴或含囊蚴的麥穗魚人工感染雛鴨;解剖家鴨的膽囊和膽管,分離臺(tái)灣次睪吸蟲成蟲。結(jié)果本次調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示,該區(qū)域湖河(江)交錯(cuò),植被豐富,灌木雜草叢生,水生植物、淡水螺類和魚類資源豐富,是家鴨養(yǎng)殖和多種水鳥適宜的棲息地。家鴨糞便中臺(tái)灣次睪吸蟲卵的平均檢出率為33.33%(10/30);紋沼螺體內(nèi)臺(tái)灣次睪吸蟲雷蚴和尾蚴的檢出率為1.17%(7/600);麥穗魚體內(nèi)囊蚴的檢出率為13.33%(8/60);人工感染的3組雛鴨中,第一組和第二組分別檢出臺(tái)灣次睪吸蟲成蟲31條和8條,第三組未檢出;家鴨自然感染臺(tái)灣次睪吸蟲的感染率為23.33%(7/30)。結(jié)論蕪湖地區(qū)有臺(tái)灣次睪吸蟲流行,該地區(qū)是適宜臺(tái)灣次睪吸蟲流行的自然疫源地。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate whether there is a natural focus of clonorchiasis in Wuhu area. Methods the ecological environment and daily living habits of residents were investigated on the spot, the eggs of Clonorchis Taiwan in the feces of domestic ducks raised by local residents were tested by water washing precipitation method, the cercariae and cercariae in striatum snail were separated by pressure method, the cysticercaria in wheat panicle fish were separated by homogenization method, and the ducklings were artificially infected with cysticercaria or wheat ear fish containing cysticercus cercariae. The gallbladder and bile duct of domestic ducks were dissected and the adult worm of Clonorchis Taiwan was isolated. Results the results showed that the lake and river were crisscrossed, the vegetation was rich, shrubs and weeds were overgrown, aquatic plants, freshwater snails and fish resources were abundant, and it was a suitable habitat for domestic duck culture and a variety of waterbirds.
