【摘要】：正慢性乙型重癥肝炎是我國(guó)肝衰竭患者的主要病因之一,慢性乙型重癥肝炎是HBV持續(xù)感染后再激活后,導(dǎo)致肝細(xì)胞大量壞死所致的肝衰竭綜合征,同時(shí)是肝臟疾病中預(yù)后最差的,病死率50%左右。對(duì)于該病臨床上單純以西醫(yī)或中醫(yī)藥治療的效果有一定的局限性,而中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療將在很大程度上改變這一狀況。筆者將近年來(lái)臨床上中西醫(yī)治療慢性乙型重癥肝炎的進(jìn)行綜述如下。1發(fā)病病機(jī)慢性乙型重癥肝炎臨床發(fā)病機(jī)制目前不十分清楚,主要
[Abstract]:Positive and chronic severe hepatitis B is one of the main causes of liver failure in China. Chronic severe hepatitis B is a liver failure syndrome caused by massive necrosis of hepatocytes after HBV persistent infection and reactivation. At the same time, it has the worst prognosis among liver diseases, with a fatality rate of about 50%. There are some limitations on the clinical effect of western medicine or traditional Chinese medicine, and the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine will change this situation to a great extent. In this paper, the clinical treatment of chronic severe hepatitis B with traditional Chinese and western medicine in recent years is reviewed as follows. 1 the clinical pathogenesis of chronic severe hepatitis B is not very clear at present.
