結(jié)核性腦膜炎患者血漿和腦脊液中miRNAs含量檢測(cè)及其臨床價(jià)值評(píng)估

【摘要】：目的評(píng)估結(jié)核性腦膜炎患者血漿和腦脊液中mi RNAs含量檢測(cè)及其臨床價(jià)值。方法選擇結(jié)核性腦膜炎患者58例作為觀察組,取同期原發(fā)性頭痛患者60例作為對(duì)照組,檢測(cè)兩組患者的血漿及腦脊液mi RNAs含量,IL-6及IFN-γ水平,進(jìn)一步分析mi RNAs含量與IL-6、IFN-γ水平的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果觀察組患者的血漿及腦脊液中mi RNA-125b、mi RNA-29a、mi RNA-155、mi RNA-3179a及mi RNA-144含量明顯高于對(duì)照組患者(P0.05);血漿及腦脊液中IL-6、IFN-γ水平低于對(duì)照組患者(P0.05);mi RNA-125b、mi RNA-29a、mi RNA-155、mi RNA-3179a及mi RNA-144表達(dá)量與血清IL-6、IFN-γ水平呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論結(jié)核性腦膜炎患者的mi RNAs表達(dá)異常,一定程度上抑制機(jī)體免疫反應(yīng)、增強(qiáng)病原體毒性,其水平及終端炎癥因子水平的測(cè)定可以用于患者病情的判斷。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the detection and clinical value of mi RNAs in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid of patients with tuberculosis meningitis. Methods 58 patients with tuberculosis meningitis were selected as observation group and 60 patients with primary headache as control group. The levels of mi RNAs, IL-6 and IFN- 緯 in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid of the two groups were measured, and the correlation between mi RNAs content and IL-6,IFN- 緯 level was further analyzed. Results the contents of mi RNA-125b,mi RNA-29a,mi RNA-155,mi RNA-3179a and mi RNA-144 in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 0.05), and the levels of IL-6,IFN- 緯 in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid were lower than those in the control group (P 0.05). The expression of mi RNA-125b,mi RNA-29a,mi RNA-155,mi RNA-3179a and mi RNA-144 was negatively correlated with serum IL-6,IFN- 緯 level (P 0.05). Conclusion the abnormal expression of mi RNAs in patients with tuberculosis meningitis can inhibit the immune response and enhance the toxicity of pathogens to a certain extent. The determination of its level and terminal inflammatory factor level can be used to judge the condition of patients.
