云南省洱源縣血吸蟲病達傳播控制標準后小獸感染血吸蟲調查

【摘要】:目的調查洱源縣血吸蟲病達傳播控制標準后流行區(qū)小獸及其他終末宿主感染血吸蟲情況,探討其在云南省高原山區(qū)血吸蟲病傳播中的作用。方法 2010-2011年采用夾夜法在洱源縣村莊周圍農耕區(qū)有螺環(huán)境內捕獲小獸,分類鑒定后解剖觀察和檢查糞便,了解血吸蟲感染情況;同時采用常規(guī)方法開展人、畜血吸蟲病及螺情調查。結果捕獲小獸3目3科4屬6種307只,捕獲率為12.79%,以斯氏家鼠和齊氏姬鼠為主,分別占捕獲總數的53.75%和20.85%,解剖檢查305只,1只斯氏家鼠感染血吸蟲,感染率為0.61%(1/165),小獸感染率為0.33%(1/305),斯氏家鼠EPG(喁)為0.291,小獸群EPG(喁)為0.157;調查點自然村人群、牛、馬和犬感染率分別為1.01%(6/597)、0.83%(5/599)、0.58%(1/173)和5.91%(13/220),人群、牛群、馬群和犬群EPG(喁)分別為0.009~0.010、0.005、0.007和0.080,其他家畜未查出血吸蟲感染;小獸與犬感染率差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2=15.339,P0.05),小獸與其他宿主感染率間差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義;釘螺密度不斷下降,未檢出陽性。結論采集點小獸血吸蟲感染率較低,在傳播控制達標地區(qū)仍需進一步監(jiān)測調查。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the infection of schistosomiasis in small animals and other terminal hosts in Eryuan County after reaching the transmission control standard, and to explore the role of schistosomiasis in schistosomiasis transmission in mountainous areas of Yunnan Province. Methods from 2010 to 2011, small animals were captured in the farming area around the village of Eryuan County by night clamping method. After classification and identification, the feces were dissected and examined to understand the infection of Schistosoma japonicum. At the same time, routine methods were used to investigate schistosomiasis and snail situation in human and livestock. Results 307 animals of 3 orders, 3 families, 4 families and 6 species were captured, and the capture rate was 12.79%. The main catch rate was 53.75% and 20.85%, accounting for 53.75% and 20.85%, respectively. 305 mice were dissected and one of them was infected with Schistosoma japonicum.
