【摘要】：目的了解經(jīng)過2008及2009年手足口病流行之后,福建省普通人群血清腸道病毒71型的抗體水平。方法采集2010年福建省390名普通人群的血清標本,采用中和試驗檢測血清EV71中和抗體。結果 390名普通人群中和抗體陽性186人,陽性率47.69%。男女性別之間中和抗體陽性率及抗體滴度均沒有統(tǒng)計學差異(χ2=0.42,P=0.520.05;U=-0.24,P=0.810.05)。各個年齡組之間的抗體陽性率及抗體滴度均有統(tǒng)計學差異(χ2=55.69,P=0.000.05;HC=50.36,P=0.000.05),抗體陽性率最低的為0~歲年齡組,為16.67%,抗體陽性率隨年齡增大而增高。0~4歲年齡組的抗體陽性率為25.33%,5~年齡組的抗體陽性率為61.67%,兩者之間的抗體陽性率及抗體滴度均有統(tǒng)計學差異(χ2=48.85,P=0.000.05;U=-6.39,P=0.000.05)。結論經(jīng)過2008及2009年手足口病流行之后,福建省普通人群血清腸道病毒71型的抗體水平仍較低,特別是0~4歲年齡組的兒童。今后福建省仍會出現(xiàn)EV71作為主要病原體之一引起的手足口病疫情,易感人群仍為5歲組以下兒童,應繼續(xù)加強監(jiān)測和防控。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the antibody level of serum enterovirus 71 in Fujian province after the epidemic of HFMD in 2008 and 2009. Methods the serum samples of 390 general population in Fujian Province in 2010 were collected and the neutralizing antibody of serum EV71 was detected by neutralization test. Results 186 of 390 general population were positive for neutralizing antibody, the positive rate was 47.69%.
