【摘要】：目的研究更昔洛韋治療成人傳染性單核細(xì)胞增多癥的臨床療效。方法回顧性研究2010年1月—2014年12月在某院就診的66例成人傳染性單核細(xì)胞增多癥患者,根據(jù)治療藥物不同分為更昔洛韋治療組(31例)和對(duì)癥治療組(35例),分析治療前臨床特點(diǎn)、臨床治療效果及EBV-DNA轉(zhuǎn)陰時(shí)間等指標(biāo)。結(jié)果更昔洛韋治療組患者在退熱、咽痛好轉(zhuǎn)、EBV-DNA轉(zhuǎn)陰、淋巴結(jié)腫大消退、轉(zhuǎn)氨酶恢復(fù)正常等方面的時(shí)間均較對(duì)癥治療組縮短,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。兩組患者在血常規(guī)恢復(fù)正常時(shí)間方面比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論更昔洛韋治療成人傳染性單核細(xì)胞增多癥抗病毒效果較好,可使患者發(fā)熱、咽痛等臨床癥狀迅速得到緩解。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the clinical effect of ganciclovir in the treatment of adult infectious mononucleosis. Methods 66 patients with infectious mononucleosis in a hospital from January 2010 to December 2014 were studied retrospectively. they were divided into ganciclovir treatment group (31 cases) and symptomatic treatment group (35 cases) according to the different drugs. The clinical characteristics, clinical treatment effect and negative conversion time of EBV-DNA before treatment were analyzed. Results the time of antipyretic, pharyngeal pain improvement, EBV-DNA negative, lymph node enlargement regression and transaminase recovery in ganciclovir treatment group were shorter than those in symptomatic treatment group, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in the recovery time of blood routine between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion Ganciclovir has a good antiviral effect in the treatment of adult infectious mononucleosis and can relieve the clinical symptoms such as fever and sore throat.
