【摘要】：正近年來,真菌感染的發(fā)病率呈逐年上升趨勢,尤其是侵襲性真菌感染的發(fā)病率不斷增高,淺表皮膚真菌感染的發(fā)病率也因飼養(yǎng)寵物的流行而居高不下。據(jù)我國醫(yī)院感染監(jiān)測網(wǎng)分析,醫(yī)院真菌感染發(fā)生率從20世紀(jì)90年代初的13.9%上升至90年代末的24.4%[1],已成為住院患者感染及死亡的重要并發(fā)癥。侵襲性真菌感染多發(fā)于有嚴(yán)重基礎(chǔ)疾病的患者,其預(yù)后差、死亡率高。國外的相關(guān)文獻報
[Abstract]:In recent years, the incidence of fungal infection is on the rise year by year, especially the incidence of invasive fungal infection is increasing, and the incidence of superficial skin fungal infection is also high due to the prevalence of pets. According to the analysis of hospital infection surveillance network in China, the incidence of nosocomial fungal infection increased from 13.9% in the early 1990s to 24.4% at the end of 1990s, which has become an important complications of infection and death in inpatients.
