【摘要】：[目的]研究張掖地區(qū)氣候因素與麻疹發(fā)病的關(guān)系。[方法]收集張掖地區(qū)1976—2005年氣象資料、1976—2000年沙塵資料[上游西北風(fēng)向酒泉市、金塔縣沙塵資料(1989—2000年)],及對(duì)應(yīng)時(shí)間該地區(qū)麻疹發(fā)病數(shù)據(jù);運(yùn)用SPSS軟件進(jìn)行年、月、季節(jié)相關(guān)分析,探討氣象條件、沙塵天氣與麻疹發(fā)病的關(guān)系。[結(jié)果](1)1976—2005年,張掖地區(qū)氣候向暖濕方向變化,氣溫增長(zhǎng)率和降水增長(zhǎng)率分別為0.571℃/10年和9.8 mm/10年。(2)麻疹為張掖地區(qū)高發(fā)病種,具春季高發(fā)特點(diǎn)。(3)張掖地區(qū)平均風(fēng)速與麻疹發(fā)病人數(shù)具有正相關(guān)。而平均氣溫、降水、平均氣壓與麻疹發(fā)病無(wú)顯著相關(guān)性。(4)張掖地區(qū)及其上游地區(qū)(酒泉市及金塔縣)的沙塵天氣與張掖地區(qū)麻疹發(fā)病呈正相關(guān)。[結(jié)論]張掖地區(qū)平均風(fēng)速、沙塵天氣與麻疹發(fā)病率呈現(xiàn)正相關(guān)。風(fēng)速的增大,沙塵天氣的頻發(fā),為麻疹病毒的傳播提供了有利條件的傳播條件,可能加大該病的傳播。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the relationship between climatic factors and measles incidence in Zhangye area. [methods] the meteorological data from 1976 to 2005 and the dust data from 1976 to 2000 in Zhangye area were collected [sand dust data from upstream northwest wind to Jiuquan City, Jinta County (1989-2000)], and the data of measles incidence in this area at the corresponding time.
