張掖地區(qū)氣候因素與麻疹發(fā)病的相關性

【摘要】:[目的]研究張掖地區(qū)氣候因素與麻疹發(fā)病的關系。[方法]收集張掖地區(qū)1976—2005年氣象資料、1976—2000年沙塵資料[上游西北風向酒泉市、金塔縣沙塵資料(1989—2000年)],及對應時間該地區(qū)麻疹發(fā)病數(shù)據(jù);運用SPSS軟件進行年、月、季節(jié)相關分析,探討氣象條件、沙塵天氣與麻疹發(fā)病的關系。[結果](1)1976—2005年,張掖地區(qū)氣候向暖濕方向變化,氣溫增長率和降水增長率分別為0.571℃/10年和9.8 mm/10年。(2)麻疹為張掖地區(qū)高發(fā)病種,具春季高發(fā)特點。(3)張掖地區(qū)平均風速與麻疹發(fā)病人數(shù)具有正相關。而平均氣溫、降水、平均氣壓與麻疹發(fā)病無顯著相關性。(4)張掖地區(qū)及其上游地區(qū)(酒泉市及金塔縣)的沙塵天氣與張掖地區(qū)麻疹發(fā)病呈正相關。[結論]張掖地區(qū)平均風速、沙塵天氣與麻疹發(fā)病率呈現(xiàn)正相關。風速的增大,沙塵天氣的頻發(fā),為麻疹病毒的傳播提供了有利條件的傳播條件,可能加大該病的傳播。
