【摘要】：目的探討結(jié)核性滲出性胸膜炎治療過程中,超聲對(duì)病情的發(fā)展和轉(zhuǎn)歸的動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測。方法本組32例患者在整個(gè)療程中,每月至少復(fù)查1次胸腔彩超以評(píng)估治療效果及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)病情變化。結(jié)果療程中超聲對(duì)胸腔積液的監(jiān)測基本能夠滿足病情的需要,病程中超聲監(jiān)測發(fā)現(xiàn)病情變化,如胸腔內(nèi)出現(xiàn)其他病灶、積液量增加以及病情出現(xiàn)反復(fù)時(shí),根據(jù)病情需要可增加CT等其他檢查以幫助鑒別診斷。結(jié)論結(jié)核性滲出性胸膜炎患者的整個(gè)療程中,超聲監(jiān)測具有經(jīng)濟(jì)、簡便、快速的優(yōu)勢;特別是在基層結(jié)核病防治機(jī)構(gòu),更具有實(shí)用性及可行性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the dynamic monitoring of the development and prognosis of tuberculous exudative pleurisy by ultrasound during the treatment of tuberculous exudative pleurisy. Methods during the whole course of treatment, 32 patients in this group were rechecked at least once a month by color Doppler ultrasonography to evaluate the therapeutic effect and find out the change of the condition in time. Results during the course of treatment, ultrasonic monitoring of pleural effusion could basically meet the needs of the disease. During the course of the disease, ultrasound monitoring found changes in the condition, such as the presence of other lesions in the thoracic cavity, the increase in the volume of pleural effusion and the recurrence of the condition. Additional tests, such as CT, may be added to assist in differential diagnosis, depending on the patient's condition. Conclusion in the whole course of treatment of tuberculous exudative pleurisy, ultrasound monitoring has the advantages of economy, simplicity and speed, especially in the basic tuberculosis prevention and control institutions, which is more practical and feasible.
