【摘要】：目的對2009年-2014年溫州市流感監(jiān)測結(jié)果的病原學型別及流行病學特征進行分析,為流感的防控提供依據(jù)。方法采用實時熒光定量PCR對流感監(jiān)測哨點醫(yī)院采集的流感樣病例(ILI)鼻咽拭子標本進行核酸檢測,并對結(jié)果進行統(tǒng)計和分析。結(jié)果 2009年-2014年哨點醫(yī)院共監(jiān)測門急診病例7 885 356例,其中ILI 291 151例,占3.69%。6年共檢測樣本4 726份,陽性684份,陽性率為14.47%,檢出的流感型別中以乙型最多,新型H1N1次之;5個年齡組中,6歲~15歲組陽性率最高(27.10%)。結(jié)論本市6年流感病毒流行以冬季、春季高發(fā),夏季伴有小高峰,主要以乙型、新型H1N1型、H3型3個亞型交替流行為主;流感監(jiān)測和預防控制取得一定成果;重點需加強學齡前兒童和中小學生的流感防治工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the pathogenic types and epidemiological characteristics of influenza surveillance in Wenzhou from 2009 to 2014, so as to provide the basis for the prevention and control of influenza. Methods Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to detect (ILI) nasopharynx swabs collected from influenza surveillance sentinel hospitals, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results from 2009 to 2014, there were 7,885,356 cases monitored in Sentinel Hospital, of which 151 (3.69%) were ILI 291,684 (14.47%) were positive in 6 years. Type B was the most common type of influenza, and the positive rate was 14.47% in Sentinel Hospital during the period of 2009 to 2014, in which 4 726 (3.69%) were detected in Sentinel Hospital. The new type of H1N1 was the second; Among the 5 age groups, the positive rate of 6-15 years old group was the highest (27.10%). Conclusion the epidemic rate of influenza virus in 6 years in this city is high in winter, high in spring and accompanied with small peak in summer, the main epidemic types are type B, new type H1 N1 and genotype H 3 alternately, influenza surveillance and prevention and control have made some achievements in the surveillance and prevention and control of influenza. Emphasis should be placed on strengthening the prevention and treatment of influenza among preschool children and primary and secondary school students.
