2004-2011年湖南省居民血吸蟲感染時空特征研究
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the temporal and spatial characteristics of Schistosoma japonicum infection in Hunan Province from 2004 to 2011. Methods based on the database of schistosomiasis in Hunan province from 2004 to 2011, the temporal and spatial characteristics of Schistosoma japonicum infection among residents in Hunan province were described and analyzed. Results the infection rate of Schistosoma japonicum in Hunan Province decreased from 3.0% to 0.8% from 2004 to 2011, but the infection rate of Schistosoma japonicum in some townships (towns) was still high (P90 = 2.1%). The infection rate of Schistosoma japonicum in the coastal areas of snail water system was higher than that Global autocorrelation analysis showed that the Moran's I index of Schistosoma japonicum infection rate in Hunan Province from 2004 to 2011 was 0.34 脳 0.53, which was higher than expected value and had statistical significance (Z8.71, P0.05). The hot spot analysis of local G statistics shows that the "high-high" concentrated townships (towns) are mainly located along the Dongting Lake from 2004 to 2011, and the number of concentrated townships (towns) is 30 ~ 70. SaTScan spatial scanning found that, In 2004-2011, the number of schistosomiasis endemic townships (towns) in the concentrated area was 145 / 183. Conclusion the infection rate of Schistosoma japonicum in Hunan Province decreased obviously from 2004 to 2011, but the infection rate of Schistosoma japonicum in some townships (towns) was still at a relatively high level. There was significant positive spatial autocorrelation and aggregation of Schistosoma japonicum infection rate in Hunan Province from 2004 to 2011. The "high-high" concentration area of positive hot spots can be identified as the focus of schistosomiasis prevention and control in the next step.
