【摘要】：目的了解無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血者人類免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染狀況,為更好的做好獻(xiàn)血招募工作提供理論基礎(chǔ)。方法對(duì)2009-2013年221 715名無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血者抗-HIV篩查結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)確認(rèn)為陽(yáng)性者的資料進(jìn)行回顧性研究,數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS 17.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 2009-2013年紹興地區(qū)221 715名無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血者抗-HIV初篩陽(yáng)性率為1.27‰,經(jīng)確認(rèn)為陽(yáng)性的有17人,確認(rèn)后陽(yáng)性率7.67/10萬(wàn);確認(rèn)陽(yáng)性者均為抗-HIV-1陽(yáng)性,以未婚、19~35歲、高中/中專以下學(xué)歷、初次獻(xiàn)血、男性為主,陽(yáng)性率分別為58.82%、88.24%、70.59%、70.59%、88.24%,本地戶籍人口和外地戶籍人口接近,以街頭和站內(nèi)自愿無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血者(64.71%)為主,可以追溯到的9名獻(xiàn)血者均為性傳播,且男男同性傳播占較大比例,占44.44%。結(jié)論無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血者抗-HIV篩查陽(yáng)性率及確認(rèn)陽(yáng)性率均處于較低水平,街頭無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血的模式并不比單位團(tuán)體組織采血模式更安全,獻(xiàn)血前征詢工作還需進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)。
