【摘要】：神經(jīng)梅毒的臨床表現(xiàn)較為多樣,缺乏特異性,與多種疾病相似,因此誤診率較高,嚴(yán)重影響患者的治療。本文在文獻(xiàn)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合治療經(jīng)驗(yàn),對神經(jīng)梅毒的臨床癥狀進(jìn)行簡述,之后重點(diǎn)給出神經(jīng)梅毒的診斷與治療新進(jìn)展等信息,包括病原體檢查、核酸檢測、青霉素治療等,對其核心內(nèi)容進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:The clinical manifestations of neurosyphilis are diverse, lack of specificity, similar to many diseases, so the rate of misdiagnosis is high, which seriously affects the treatment of patients. On the basis of literature analysis and combined with the experience of treatment, this paper briefly describes the clinical symptoms of neurosyphilis, and then gives some new information about the diagnosis and treatment of neurosyphilis, including pathogen examination, nucleic acid test, penicillin therapy, etc. Its core content is summarized.
