【摘要】：慢性乙型肝炎后肝硬化是乙型病毒性肝炎發(fā)展到終末期的常見(jiàn)表現(xiàn),后期可因出現(xiàn)肝性腦病、原發(fā)性肝癌、感染等嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥而導(dǎo)致死亡,臨床治療一直收效甚微。目前,盡管西醫(yī)抗病毒依然是乙肝后肝硬化治療的首選,但中醫(yī)辨證治療乙肝后肝硬化也具有獨(dú)特作用。近年來(lái),中醫(yī)藥在臨床辨證及對(duì)癥治療乙肝后肝硬化已經(jīng)有了大量的探索。本文從中醫(yī)、西醫(yī)及中西醫(yī)結(jié)合三個(gè)方面綜述了乙肝后肝硬化治療的研究進(jìn)展,并展望了精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)療在乙肝后肝硬化個(gè)性化治療上的應(yīng)用前景,以期為乙肝后肝硬化精確治療的發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:Liver cirrhosis after chronic hepatitis B is a common manifestation of the development of viral hepatitis B to the end stage, and the late stage may cause death due to serious complications such as hepatic encephalopathy, primary liver cancer, and infection. At present, although the anti-virus of western medicine is still the first choice for the treatment of liver cirrhosis after hepatitis B, the syndrome differentiation of TCM has a unique role in the treatment of liver cirrhosis after hepatitis B. In recent years, Chinese medicine has made a lot of exploration in clinical syndrome differentiation and symptomatic treatment of liver cirrhosis after hepatitis B. In this paper, the progress of the treatment of liver cirrhosis after hepatitis B is reviewed from three aspects of TCM, western medicine and the combination of Chinese and Western medicine, and the application prospect of accurate medical treatment on the individual treatment of liver cirrhosis after hepatitis B is prospected, with a view to providing reference for the development of the precise treatment of liver cirrhosis after hepatitis B.
