【摘要】：正患者男,41歲,因"無明顯誘因反復(fù)出現(xiàn)畏寒、發(fā)熱、惡心、食欲缺乏、乏力、嘔吐1周"入院,血惡性瘧原蟲(+),瘧原蟲金標(biāo)法(+)。1個(gè)月前患者曾于非洲出差1周,當(dāng)?shù)貫榀懠擦餍幸邊^(qū)�；颊呷朐汉蟪霈F(xiàn)腹痛,超聲:膀胱直腸窩積液深約25mm。查體:腹部輕度膨隆,輕壓痛,無急性腹膜炎癥狀。血常規(guī):白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)12.91×109/L,中性粒細(xì)胞百分比73.4%,紅細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)4.99×1012/L,血紅蛋白152g/L;凝血:凝血酶原時(shí)間活動(dòng)度34%,血漿凝血酶原時(shí)間24.6s,纖維蛋白原0.8g/L,D-二聚體20μg/ml。予以抗休克,糾正彌散性血管內(nèi)凝血等
[Abstract]:A 41-year-old male was admitted to hospital for "no obvious inducement to repeatedly develop fear of cold, fever, nausea, lack of appetite, fatigue, vomiting for one week", blood Plasmodium falciparum (), Plasmodium gold standard ().
