四聯(lián)抗結(jié)核固定劑量復(fù)合劑治療肺結(jié)核的近期療效及安全性
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the short-term efficacy and safety of anti-tuberculosis combined with a fixed dose compound in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods from January 2011 to January 2016, 50 newly diagnosed smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 25 cases each. The patients in the control group were treated with 2H3R3E3Z3/4H3R3, and the patients in the observation group were treated with quadruple antituberculous fixed dose compound, and the curative effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results after treatment, the cure rate of the control group was 92.00 and that of the observation group was 96.00. The difference was not statistically significant (P0.05). At the end of the second month and the third month, there was no significant difference in sputum negative rate between the two groups (P0.05), while the healing of cavity in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment (P0.05). Conclusion there is no significant difference in the antituberculotic efficacy between the four antituberculotic fixed dose combinations and the plate combination agents, and the adverse reactions are not significantly different, and the quadruple antituberculotic fixed dose compound is easier to treat and manage. Therefore, it can be further popularized and applied in clinic.
