2015年河南省淮陽丘陵生態(tài)區(qū)人體重點寄生蟲病現狀調查與分析

【摘要】:目的了解河南省淮陽丘陵生態(tài)區(qū)人體腸道寄生蟲病流行現狀。方法按照全國第三次人體重點寄生蟲病調查方案及河南省的調查方案,在生態(tài)區(qū)的基礎上,結合經濟和地理條件進行分層整群抽樣。對調查點常駐居民采用改良加藤法和碘液涂片法分別檢查腸道蠕蟲和原蟲感染情況,3~6歲兒童用肛拭法檢測蟯蟲感染。結果河南省淮陽丘陵生態(tài)區(qū)抽中9個縣,26個調查點,共調查6 710人,其中528名3~6歲兒童接受了蟯蟲肛拭檢查。共查出腸道寄生蟲11種,總感染率1.65%,其中蠕蟲5種,感染率1.07%;原蟲6種,感染率0.61%;兒童肛拭陽性率3.79%;旌细腥菊0.10%,均為2蟲種混合感染。主要腸道寄生蟲為蛔蟲0.31%、人芽囊原蟲0.28%和鉤蟲0.27%。兒童肛拭蟯蟲感染率3.79%。原蟲在各年齡組均有感染,9歲及以下人群發(fā)現的寄生蟲感染種類最多,以蟯蟲為主。經驅蟲人群腸道寄生蟲和土源性線蟲感染率均較未驅蟲人群低。結論河南省淮陽丘陵生態(tài)區(qū)人體重點寄生蟲感染率明顯下降,應加強對學齡前兒童和學生的寄生蟲病防治與監(jiān)測工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of intestinal parasitic diseases in the ecological region of Huaiyang hilly region in Henan Province. Methods according to the third national investigation scheme of human parasitic diseases and the investigation plan of Henan Province, the stratified cluster sampling was carried out on the basis of ecological area and combined with economic and geographical conditions. The intestinal helminth and protozoa infection were detected by modified Kato method and iodine smear method respectively, and Enterobius vermicularis infection was detected by anal swab method in children aged 3 to 6 years old. Results A total of 6 710 people were investigated in 9 counties and 26 investigation sites in Huaiyang hilly ecological area of Henan Province. 528 children aged 3 years old were examined by anal swab of Enterobius vermicularis. There were 11 kinds of intestinal parasites, the total infection rate was 1.65%, including 5 species of worms, 6 species of protozoa, 0.61% of infection rate, and 3.79% of positive rate of anal swab in children. Mixed infection accounted for 0.10%, both of them were mixed infection of two species. The main intestinal parasites were Ascaris lumbricoides 0.31%, protozoa hominis 0.28% and hookworm 0.27%. The infection rate of Enterobius vermicularis in children was 3.79%. Protozoa infection was found in all age groups, and most parasites were found in the population aged 9 and below, mainly Enterobius vermicularis. The infection rates of intestinal parasites and soil-derived nematode were lower in the population with insect repellent than those without. Conclusion the infection rate of key parasites in Huaiyang hilly ecological area of Henan Province is obviously decreased. The prevention and control of parasitosis among preschool children and students should be strengthened.
