【摘要】：正1 病歷摘要患者女,20歲。因乳頭、乳暈、外陰反復(fù)紅斑、丘疹、糜爛伴瘙癢4年,局部水皰伴發(fā)熱3 d就診�；颊�4年來外陰、乳頭、乳暈反復(fù)出現(xiàn)片狀紅斑、密集小丘疹,伴劇烈瘙癢,搔抓后局部出現(xiàn)糜爛、滲液及結(jié)痂。曾自行外用藥(具體不詳)治療,瘙癢及皮疹可減輕。近3 d皮疹再發(fā),瘙癢加劇,局部出現(xiàn)綠豆大水皰,觸痛明顯,并出現(xiàn)高熱、寒戰(zhàn)。既往體健,否認(rèn)慢性病、傳染病、遺傳病及非婚性接觸史;無藥物及食物過敏史,孕5個(gè)月;入院前1周其配偶患生殖器皰疹。
[Abstract]:Female, 20 years old. For nipple, areola, recurrent erythema of vulva, papules, erosion with pruritus for 4 years, local blister with fever for 3 days. In the past 4 years, the vulva, nipple and areola had repeatedly appeared flake erythema, dense papules, severe pruritus, local erosion, exudate and scabs after scratching. Have self-medication (specific unknown) treatment, pruritus and rash can be alleviated. In the last 3 days, the rash recurred, the pruritus was aggravated, the local blisters of mung bean appeared, the tenderness was obvious, and the fever was high and shivering. Previous health, denial of chronic diseases, infectious diseases, hereditary diseases and history of non-marital sexual contact; no history of drug and food allergies, 5 months of pregnancy; and genital herpes in his or her spouse 1 week before admission.
