連云港市手足口病發(fā)病趨勢(shì)與氣候溫度關(guān)系的研究

【摘要】:目的探討手足口病發(fā)病趨勢(shì)與氣候溫度的關(guān)系,為手足口病防控提供依據(jù)。方法從中國(guó)疾病預(yù)防控制信息系統(tǒng)、連云港氣象局分別收集整理手足口病發(fā)病數(shù)據(jù)和氣候溫度數(shù)據(jù),用R3.1.2分別作手足口病發(fā)病趨勢(shì)圖和氣候溫度變化圖,對(duì)比研究?jī)烧咧g的關(guān)系。結(jié)果手足口病發(fā)病趨勢(shì)圖呈現(xiàn)雙峰,在第一峰出現(xiàn)之前,手足口病呈低水平發(fā)病;第一個(gè)峰起點(diǎn)出現(xiàn)的時(shí)間不一定,一般在外界環(huán)境平均溫度達(dá)10℃以上時(shí)出現(xiàn),在達(dá)到16℃左右時(shí),手足口病發(fā)病呈直線上升,并在22周左右出現(xiàn)出現(xiàn)峰值,此時(shí)氣候溫度在24℃左右,但氣候手足口病發(fā)病呈現(xiàn)下降趨勢(shì),在經(jīng)過(guò)氣候最高溫度后達(dá)到終點(diǎn);第一個(gè)峰的峰值遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)大于第二個(gè)峰。結(jié)論手足口病第一峰一般在氣候溫度達(dá)到10℃以上出現(xiàn),可以作為手足口病防控的一個(gè)參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。根據(jù)本文研究結(jié)果及相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)得出假設(shè):氣候溫度適合兒童進(jìn)行室外活動(dòng)時(shí),接觸腸道病毒的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)增高,手足口病發(fā)病增多;而若是氣候溫度不適合兒童活動(dòng)時(shí),則手足口病發(fā)病較少。
