北京市2010—2016年15～24歲學(xué)生艾滋病疫情狀況

【摘要】：目的了解2010—2016年北京市15~24歲青年學(xué)生艾滋病疫情狀況及流行特征,為開展高校艾滋病宣傳教育提供依據(jù)。方法收集2010—2016年北京市艾滋病綜合防治系統(tǒng)中報告的15~24歲職業(yè)為學(xué)生的艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人(簡稱HIV/AIDS病人)的信息,采用SPSS 20.0進行分析。結(jié)果 2010—2016年,北京市共報告15~24歲學(xué)生HIV/AIDS病人702例,且以男大學(xué)生為主(97.57%)。2010—2016年,青年學(xué)生病例數(shù)占當(dāng)年病例報告總數(shù)的比例逐年升高,分別為2.16%,3.51%,3.67%,3.44%,4.05%,4.27%,2.99%。同性傳播比例由2010年的70.97%上升到2016年的87.83%。學(xué)生病例主要來自于醫(yī)療機構(gòu)主動檢測發(fā)現(xiàn)的病例和艾滋病自愿咨詢檢測門診,分別為37.18%(261/702)和34.05%(239/702)。結(jié)論北京市報告的青年學(xué)生病例數(shù)逐年增多,同性性行為是主要危險因素。應(yīng)加大對在校學(xué)生的艾滋病宣傳,以增強性安全意識和促進主動檢測行為為干預(yù)重點。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the epidemic situation and epidemic characteristics of HIV / AIDS among students aged from 15 to 24 years old in Beijing from 2010 to 2016, and to provide basis for AIDS propaganda and education in colleges and universities. Methods from 2010 to 2016, the information of HIV infected persons and AIDS patients (HIV/AIDS patients) reported in Beijing AIDS Integrated Prevention and treatment system was analyzed by SPSS 20.0. Results from 2010 to 2016, a total of 702 cases of HIV/AIDS were reported among 150-24 year old students in Beijing, and male college students were the main ones (97.57%). In 2010-2016, the proportion of cases of young students in the total number of cases reported in that year increased year by year, which was 2.16%, respectively. 3.51 and 3.67 and 3.44, and about 4.27 and 2.99. The rate of same-sex transmission rose from 70.97% in 2010 to 87.83% in 2016. The students' cases were mainly from the voluntary counseling and testing outpatient clinics, which were 37.18% (261 / 702) and 34.05% (239 / 702), respectively. Conclusion the number of young students reported in Beijing is increasing year by year, and homosexual sex is the main risk factor. We should increase the AIDS propaganda to the students in school, and focus on enhancing the awareness of sexual safety and promoting the active testing behavior.
