【摘要】：目的了解男男性行為人群(MSM)的相關心理社會因素,對安全性行為的影響,測試適應中國環(huán)境下針對MSM的心理社會量表的有效性。方法采用同伴驅動調查的方法,在北京調查了500名MSM,運用Cronbach’s’alpha值確定了量表的信度;通過單變量和多變量Logistic回歸,分析了心理社會量表有關得分與安全性行為的關系,檢驗了量表的效度;探討了對安全性行為有影響的社會人口學以及心理社會學因素。結果除了恥辱和歧視量表外,單變量分析安全套社會規(guī)范和對安全性行為的態(tài)度和感知評分量表有很好的信度(Cronbach’s alpha0.8)和效度。多變量分析顯示,對安全性行為的態(tài)度和感知評分高者[調整比值比(aOR)=3.64]和有醫(yī)保者(aOR=1.87)、與臨時性伴發(fā)生性行為者(aOR=2.43)及從互聯(lián)網上尋求性伴者,更能堅持使用安全套(aOR=1.69);而已婚者(aOR=0.29)、發(fā)生性關系前飲酒者(aOR=0.45)不容易堅持使用安全套。結論安全套使用社會規(guī)范量表和對安全性行為的態(tài)度和感知評分量表,在中國MSM中有良好的信度和效度,但是恥辱與歧視部分需要根據中國的社會文化進行改進。性關系前飲酒對堅持使用安全套有負面影響,提示今后需要加強預防HIV經性傳播干預設計的針對性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the psychosocial factors related to (MSM) in men who have sex with men and their influence on safe sex, and to test the effectiveness of the psychosocial scale for MSM in Chinese environment. Methods A peer-driven survey was conducted in 500 MSM, patients in Beijing to determine the reliability of the scale by using the Cronbach's'alpha value. Through univariate and multivariate Logistic regression, this paper analyzed the relationship between the scores of psycho-social scale and safe behavior, tested the validity of the scale, and discussed the social demographics and psycho-sociological factors that have influence on safe behavior. Results in addition to stigma and discrimination scale, univariate analysis of condom social norms and attitude and perception of safe sex rating scale has a good reliability (Cronbach's alpha0.8) and validity. Multivariate analysis showed that people with high scores of attitude and perception about safe sex [adjustment ratio: (aOR) = 3. 64] and insured persons (aOR=1.87), those who had sex with temporary partners (aOR=2.43) and those who sought sexual partners from the Internet, More consistent use of condoms (aOR=1.69); Married people (aOR=0.29), sexual relations before drinking (aOR=0.45) is not easy to adhere to condom use. Conclusion the social norm scale for condom use and the score scale for attitude and perception of safe sex have good reliability and validity in Chinese MSM, but the stigma and discrimination should be improved according to Chinese social culture. Alcohol consumption before sexual relations had a negative effect on condom use, suggesting that the prevention of HIV through sexual transmission intervention design should be strengthened in the future.
