【摘要】：目的對(duì)百色市消除瘧疾考核認(rèn)證結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)地級(jí)市消除瘧疾工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。方法依據(jù)《消除瘧疾考核評(píng)估方案(2014年版)》以及《廣西市級(jí)消除瘧疾考核評(píng)估方案(2016版)》,對(duì)百色市本級(jí)進(jìn)行考核評(píng)估,并隨機(jī)抽取轄區(qū)內(nèi)2個(gè)縣(市、區(qū))開展消除瘧疾考核復(fù)核評(píng)估,對(duì)考核認(rèn)證結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果百色市本級(jí)消除瘧疾考核評(píng)估得分為95.80分;隨機(jī)抽取田東縣、靖西市進(jìn)行復(fù)核認(rèn)證,復(fù)核分?jǐn)?shù)分別為94.70、90.60分;按照各部分權(quán)重0.4、0.3、0.3,百色消除瘧疾考核認(rèn)證最后得分為93.91分,達(dá)到了國家消除瘧疾考核評(píng)估規(guī)定的需達(dá)到85分以上的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。結(jié)論百色市通過廣西壯族自治區(qū)區(qū)級(jí)消除瘧疾考核認(rèn)證,今后應(yīng)繼續(xù)做好消除后監(jiān)測(cè),以鞏固消除瘧疾成果。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the results of malaria elimination assessment in Baise City and summarize the experience of malaria elimination in prefectural cities. Methods according to the Evaluation Program for Malaria Elimination (2014 Edition) and Guangxi City Assessment Program for Malaria Elimination (2016 Edition), the evaluation of Baise City at its corresponding level was carried out, and two counties (cities) were randomly selected. Area) to carry out malaria elimination assessment review, the results of the assessment certification analysis. Results the evaluation score of malaria elimination in Baise City was 95.80 points, the random sampling of Tiandong County and Jingxi City were checked and certified, and the check scores were 94.70 and 90.60, respectively. According to the weight of each part, the final score of Baise malaria elimination assessment was 93.91, which reached the standard of 85 or more as stipulated in the assessment of national malaria elimination assessment. Conclusion Baise City has passed the examination and certification of malaria elimination in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region and should continue to monitor after elimination in order to consolidate the results of malaria elimination.
