布魯氏菌基因組學(xué)研究進展

【摘要】:布魯氏菌是一類革蘭氏陰性、胞內(nèi)寄生菌,缺乏經(jīng)典的毒力因子,致病性不僅依靠侵襲力和內(nèi)毒素,還有賴于較強的環(huán)境適應(yīng)能力。目前,布魯氏菌入侵機體和在胞內(nèi)持續(xù)存在的機制尚未明確。布魯氏菌基因組學(xué)研究不僅可全面了解布魯氏菌的基因組成、分子進化、毒力因子以及致病機制等特點,還可以對一些致病相關(guān)基因和重要的蛋白進行預(yù)測。該研究為開發(fā)研究疫苗和新型抗生素提供分子基礎(chǔ),從而為構(gòu)建新的有效的布病治療和防控策略提供理論依據(jù)。本文就布魯氏菌的基因組組成、特征,全基因組測序分析、比較基因組研究進展予以概述。
[Abstract]:Brucella is a class of gram-negative, intracellular parasitic bacteria, lack of classical virulence factor, pathogenicity not only depends on invasion and endotoxin, but also depends on a strong ability to adapt to the environment. At present, the mechanism of Brucella invading the organism and its persistence in the cell is not clear. Studies on the genomics of brucella can not only fully understand the characteristics of Brucella gene composition, molecular evolution, virulence factor and pathogenicity mechanism, but also predict some pathogenicity related genes and important proteins. This study provides a molecular basis for the development of vaccines and new antibiotics, and provides a theoretical basis for the construction of new and effective strategies for brucellosis treatment and prevention and control. In this paper, the genome composition, characteristics, whole genome sequencing and comparative genome research progress of Brucella were summarized.
