【摘要】：目的掌握云南省血吸蟲(chóng)病疫情動(dòng)態(tài)和影響因素,為制定防治措施提供依據(jù)。方法選擇4個(gè)血吸蟲(chóng)病疫情較重的縣(市)的4個(gè)村作為國(guó)家級(jí)監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)。按全國(guó)監(jiān)測(cè)方案的要求,對(duì)監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)內(nèi)居民進(jìn)行血吸蟲(chóng)感染血清學(xué)篩查(IHA)和病原學(xué)檢查,并開(kāi)展監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)基本情況調(diào)查、家畜病情監(jiān)測(cè)和螺情調(diào)查。計(jì)算和分析人群血檢陽(yáng)性率、糞檢陽(yáng)性率、家畜感染率、釘螺感染率和活螺密度等監(jiān)測(cè)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 IHA共篩查4 310人,受檢率為79.68%,陽(yáng)性率為8.40%,洱源縣前甸村陽(yáng)性率高達(dá)12.53%。女性陽(yáng)性率略高于男性,30歲及以上年齡段、農(nóng)民、民工和初中文化程度者感染率較高。血檢陽(yáng)性者中未查出糞檢陽(yáng)性者�，F(xiàn)存晚期血吸蟲(chóng)病病人24例。4村均未檢出感染性家畜和釘螺,活螺平均密度為0.023 3~0.056 6只/0.1 m2。結(jié)論監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)村疫情已得到有效控制,云南省血吸蟲(chóng)病處于低流行狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the epidemic dynamics and influencing factors of schistosomiasis in Yunnan Province, and to provide basis for making prevention and control measures. Methods four villages of four counties (cities) with severe schistosomiasis epidemic were selected as national surveillance points. According to the requirements of the National Surveillance Program, the residents in the monitoring sites were screened for (IHA) and etiology of schistosomiasis infection, and the basic conditions of the monitoring sites, the condition of domestic animals and the snail condition were investigated. The positive rate of blood examination, fecal examination, infection rate of domestic animals, snail infection rate and live snail density were calculated and analyzed. Results there were 4 310 people screened for IHA, the positive rate was 79.68, the positive rate was 8.40 and the positive rate was 12.53 in Qiandian Village of Eryuan County. The positive rate of female was slightly higher than that of male, and the infection rate of farmers, migrant workers and junior middle school students was higher. No fecal test positive was found in the patients with positive blood test. Infected domestic animals and snails were not detected in 24 cases of advanced schistosomiasis in 4 villages. The average density of live snails was 0.023 3,0.056 animals / 0.1 m2. Conclusion the epidemic situation has been effectively controlled and schistosomiasis in Yunnan Province is in a low prevalence state.
