【摘要】：目的了解平頂山市布魯氏菌病(簡(jiǎn)稱布病)在高危人群中的感染狀況及流行病學(xué)特征。方法對(duì)布病高危人群進(jìn)行血清學(xué)檢測(cè),采用虎紅平板凝集試驗(yàn)(RBPT)和試管凝集試驗(yàn)(SAT)進(jìn)行陽性鑒定。結(jié)果 2014年平頂山市共檢測(cè)布病職業(yè)人群2 162人,陽性率2.54%。城區(qū)和郊縣間、性別間、民族間、職業(yè)間陽性率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),年齡間陽性率差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論平頂山市高危人群布魯氏菌感染率較高,高危人群對(duì)布病危害認(rèn)識(shí)不足、自我防護(hù)意識(shí)淡薄等是布病疫情上升的主要原因,應(yīng)引起有關(guān)部門的高度重視,采取綜合性措施,以控制疫情。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence and epidemiological characteristics of brucellosis in high risk population in Pingdingshan City. Methods serological examination was carried out in high risk population of brucellosis and positive identification was carried out by (RBPT) and (SAT). Results in 2014, 2,162 workers with brucellosis were detected in Pingdingshan City, and the positive rate was 2.54. There were significant differences in positive rate between urban area and suburban county, sex, nationality, occupation (P0.05), but there was no significant difference between age (P0.05). Conclusion the infection rate of brucella in high risk population in Pingdingshan City is relatively high, and the low awareness of brucellosis is the main reason for the rise of brucellosis, which should be attached great importance to by relevant departments and take comprehensive measures. To control the epidemic.
